Iron Mtn. are an instrumental doom/psych/rock band hailing from Los Angeles. The name Iron Mtn. comes from the hardest to reach, yet most beautiful summit in the San Gabriel Mountains, but the term can also be used as a metaphor for living in Southern California-a balance of beauty and brutality.
